This includes, for example, the name, address, e-mail address, telephone number, date of birth, age, gender, etc., and the following information But also data about preferences, hobbies, memberships or which websites were viewed by someone.
Personal data is only collected, used and passed on by myTippster if this is necessary to fulfil a contract or due to a legal obligation, if this data is made available voluntarily by the users or if they consent to the collection of data. Integration of third-party services and content
It may happen that contents of third parties, such as videos from YouTube, map material from Google Maps, RSS feeds or graphics from other websites are integrated within this online offer. This always presupposes that the providers of this content (hereinafter also referred to as "third-party providers") perceive the IP address of the user, since they would not be able to send the content to the browser of the respective user without the IP address. The IP address is therefore required for the presentation of this content. myTippster makes every effort to use such content only where the respective provider only uses the IP address to deliver the content. However, myTippster has no influence on whether the third-party providers store the IP address for statistical purposes or process it for their own purposes.
"Cookies" are small files that make it possible to store specific information related to the device on the user's access device (PC, smartphone, etc.). They serve, on the one hand, the user-friendliness of websites and thus the users (e.g. storage of login data). On the other hand, they are used to collect statistical data on website usage in order to be able to analyse it.
In addition, third-party providers may set cookies over which myTippster has no influence. It is possible to manage many online ad cookies from companies via the www.aboutads.info/choices/ or www.youronlinechoices.com/uk/your-ad-choices/ website.

With all services that use social networking functions (e.g. Facebook and Google), it should be noted that other social network providers can collect data about the user, even if the user is not registered on a page or has agreed to data exchange. By using popular functions such as the Facebook "Like-Button" or the Google "+1 Button", the providers of these functions can draw conclusions about page visits and Internet usage behavior of the respective user. More detailed information can be found in the usage and data protection guidelines of the respective providers.
The user can prevent such data collection by logging out of the respective social networks before using the operator's services.
Transmission of data to third parties

Order processors process personal data in accordance with instructions and only to the extent necessary for the performance of these tasks. myTippster's contract processors include tax consultants, courts, public authorities, lawyers, auditors, external service providers, etc. If necessary, myTippster will obtain the user's consent prior to transmitting the data.
However, myTippster only transmits personal data to recipients within the European Union or in countries for which the EU Commission has decided that they have an adequate level of data protection.
